Camden Music Service
Camden Music Trust was established to support and raise funds for Camden Music which provides high quality musical opportunities for over 5,000 Camden school children every year, working with all Camden primary and secondary schools and 150 music tutors.
The Service supplies over 25,000 hours of instrumental tuition a year, and runs 40 holiday and weekend music groups. A biennial concert at the Royal Albert Hall involves over 1,800 pupils in celebrating the musical achievement of Camden’s schools and pupils.
Their vision of diversity and inclusivity and focus on making musical tuition more affordable for lower income families has ensured many children have realised their musical potential.
